Tradeeze

Terms of service

Effective 25 July 2026

The short version: Tradeeze drafts your quotes; you review and sign off every one before it goes anywhere — the price is yours and so is the responsibility for it. Controlled-pilot access is invitation only and assisted. Paid plans start at A$49/month ex GST. Cancel any time. Your data stays yours: export it or delete it whenever you like.

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between Tradeeze (tradeeze.com.au) and the business that opens the account. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Tradeeze is a business tool — it’s offered for use in trade, not for personal or household use.

2. What Tradeeze does

Tradeeze turns your on-site job captures — voice, photos, measurements, notes — into a complete draft quote, priced from your own rates, supplier pricing and job history. It hosts the quote at a private link, emails it to your client when you tell it to, and can carry useful signal forward from completed and reconciled jobs so later drafts start from stronger evidence.

3. You are the author of every quote

This is the heart of the deal. Tradeeze drafts; you decide. Every quote requires your explicit sign-off before it can be sent, and that sign-off is recorded — who approved, when, and the exact total approved.

4. Pilot access and fees

Prices are in Australian dollars. If we ever change pricing, existing subscribers get clear notice before it affects them — no silent increases mid-cycle.

5. Cancelling

Cancel any time — email hello@tradeeze.com.au. Monthly subscriptions stop at the end of the current billing month; annual subscriptions run to the end of their year. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your remedies if the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

6. Your data stays yours

Your quotes, pricing, job history and clients' details belong to you. You give us only the licence we need to operate the service for you — to store your data, draft your quotes and send them where you direct. You can request a complete export at any time, and deleting your account erases your data as described in our privacy policy. We never pool your pricing with other businesses or use it to price anyone else’s work.

7. Fair use

Use Tradeeze lawfully and as intended: quoting your own real work, for your own business. Don’t attempt to break, probe or overload the service, resell access, or use it to send spam or content you don’t have the right to send. We can suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk — with notice, unless the risk makes that impossible.

The current customer fair-use boundary is up to 500 quote builds and 200 document extractions per business in a rolling 30-day period. These limits are intended to cover normal quoting use while protecting service reliability and model-spend exposure. We will contact a business before changing its ordinary paid-use boundary wherever practicable.

8. The service, honestly

We run Tradeeze with real care, but no software is perfect and no uptime is guaranteed. The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and ending the agreement

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be flagged on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. You can end the agreement at any time by cancelling and, if you wish, deleting your account. We can end it with reasonable notice, in which case you’ll get the chance to export your data first.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
